I am writing to you following the course that you held at Chemistree. First can I say that myself and the two members of staff who attended found this course very interesting.
I feel that all of the staff at Shenleybury received an exceptional standard of Training from Chemistree and this also helped us achieve a 3 star excellent service in the recent inspection that took place.
On a personal level I would like to add that as a Home Manager at Shenleybury and elsewhere I have been associated with Chemistree for approx five years now, the service is always delivered in a professional manner and has eased the workload of staff in the home in particular to those who may not drive. Prescriptions are delivered promptly and the information and care that you and your staff take when issuing prescriptions enables us to ensure that the highest care is given to Service Users.
When I first started using Chemistree I had previously been using a well known high street pharmacy, who promised the earth and never delivered the exceptional service that I receive. Chemistree has grown but has never lost the level of personal service given to clients.
I have implemented the service in three homes that I have run now, and developed three medical rooms with equipment supplied by Chemistree.
I would be happy to recommend Chemistree to any one, and I wish you continued growth and prosperity as you all really deserve it.

All the staff members, the company and myself are very happy and satisfied with the service you provided since we started the contract. There is always someone on the other end of the phone to help out in any situations, especially Dharmesh, who is always available and very helpful. We are very happy with all the monthly deliveries, interim deliveries and emergency supplies. Also it is very helpful you collect the medicine disposals and sharp bins.

Clarence House is a residential home for the eldery in Ferndown. I am very heppy to state our satisfaction with regards to our medication requirements. We are always treated with courtesy and respect. We use the correct methods of correspondence as advised by Chemistree and find them very prompt, reliable and professional. I have never had cause to bring any concerns to Dharmesh’s attention but have no doubt that if this would be dealt with quickly and effectively.
Medication deliveries and returns are always are always on time and correct and we find using Chemistree very effective.

The situation with staff awareness of Safety when handling medication was quite vague before commenced with dispensing for my home and quite frankly the service we were using previously was behind the times and no help at all.
My colleagues from other homes belonging to the same group have commented on the efficiency of your service and how only a forward thinking company, such as yours could alleviate the enormous burden on Home Managers shoulder. I must also comment on your environmentally friendly blister packs, it is a pity we have all had to wait so long for an innovative service such as yours.

Before hearing about Chemistree’s St Peters had been involved with several different chemist/pharmacist, in the local area. During this period we had nothing but difficulties with medication or equipment not turning up and monthly medication not being received on time.
Over the last year plus we have been able to built up a relationship with Chemistree. Each individual that we have dealt with has been respectful and helpful at all times, especially Katie and her team who deals with our monthly medication as well as deliveries. There was one difficulty we had on regarding the time our monthly medication was being delivered. Katie took note of the problems and rearranged the time to meet our needs, the deliveries now run smoothly.
On dealing with other individuals over the telephone at all times we have found them approachable and when asking for advice very knowledgeable.
I would again like to thank Chemistree my seniors have asked me to say there have no complaints at all.
I would like to thank Chemistree pharmacy for an efficient and effective service you provide for our residents. Our previous pharmacy that we were dealing with had let us down a number of occasions so, we had to withdraw their services from providing our residents’ medication. Since, Chemistree pharmacy has taken over, we have had hardly any medication discrepancies.
I would like to mention that, most emergency items and the complete monthly medication cycle process are handled really well by yourselves. Furthermore, all minor issues that have occurred so far, have been handled efficiently and professionally by Chemistree pharmacy’s staff.
