Patient Care Co-ordinators

Our experienced team of patient care co-ordinators work closely with each Hospital Trust to ensure we provide a professional, efficient and robust service. 

Clear communication channels are key to the success of any service and in recognising this, Chemistree employs a range of simple, yet efficient processes to ensure each client knows exactly what we will be doing for their Trust and their patients.  

Patient care co-ordinators contact patients to organise their deliveries in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement.

Patients are provided with details of the delivery date, time and place.  

Home delivery patients are provided with a two hour delivery window which is confirmed 24 hours before delivery.
